  • Thread iPhone 24 hours old I've moved from a Treo 650 to the iPhone. So far I really am enjoying the entertainment part of my iphone. I also was impressed with the easy activation. The keyboard is difficult and I'm hoping it actually does become second nature. I like the sleekness of the phone and the wide screen. I also appreciate the 'slide' unlock feature. Email access is quicker on the iphone than the Treo. Messaging is a bit cumbersome with the iphone in comparison with the Treo. I really do like the sensory feeling of touching the individual keys rather than the flat screen keyboard of the iphone. I appreicate the 'memo' feature of the Treo rather than the "notes" of the iphone, but I'm sure I'll get use to that too. I am really disappointed there aren't more ringtones and the ones that are there are pretty basic... no frills and don't we all enjoy a good sound alerting us of a call. Also, I want to be able to set the alarm sounds incoming email and different ones for different alarm settings. And, I'm not sure there is a way to set up a specific ring tone for callers. I am going to the Apple Store tomorrow for an iphone workshop. And, finally, I am hoping Apple sends us all upgrades on a regular basis. We shall see.
